Oomi Fillari - benefit bike ordering process

Your Employer needs to have active contract with Oomi. Make sure from your employer, you are entitled to Benefit Bike, after which you can start ordering your dream bike together with Vapaus.

ORDERING OOMI FILLARI FROM ONLINE STORES

After you have successfully verified your user account details, you can enter an online store order request to Vapaus customer service directly from your User account.

📋Fill in the order information via this form.
Select Oomi Fillari from the drop-down menu in the "Online store where the bike is ordered" field and paste the link to the bike you want from the online store in the "Link to the bike" field.

 

  • The use of customer service is charged 48 euros when the bike is ordered by customer service from an online store outside the Vapaus partner network. In the case of Oomi Fillari, this concerns the list "Other online stores" found on Oomi's website. The service fee is added to the bike package price.
  • Any delivery costs of the bike from the online store are also added to the total price of the bike package.
  • After you have sent your order request with the form, Vapaus customer service will take your chosen bike with its accessories and any selected additional services for processing.
  • You will receive a separate order confirmation, where you can check your order and accept it by adding your personal Vapaus code that came with the message to your profile in the application. The Vapaus code connects you and your benefit bike together.
  • After you have added the Vapaus code to your profile, your bike package will be ordered from the online store and delivered to the delivery address of your choice.

RECEIVING THE BENEFIT BIKE

When you receive the bike, always check that the bike and its equipment are in accordance with the order, that the bike is properly assembled, and that there are no damages caused by transportation. All defects must be reported immediately, but within 3 days of receipt of the bike, to Vapaus Customer Service.

Report the frame number of the bike you received to Vapaus customer service without delay so that the bike's insurance becomes effective.

 

Unfortunately, bikes cannot be pre-booked or ordered until the employer has a valid contract with Oomi or Vapaus ☝️
