Ordering a benefit bike from Partner store

If you choose to get a bike from a partner store you will deal directly with the seller. The store handles the paperwork together with Vapaus.

  • You only need to deal with partner store.
  • All the accessories that are part of the benefit bike package need to be bought at the same place and at the same time as the bike is purchased so the accessories can be included to the benefit bike leasing contract. 💡Acceptable Benefit bike accessories
  • Make sure you have created Vapaus user account at  app.vapaus.io
  • The partner store will verify your identity and that you are entitled to the bike benefit
  • The bike will be handed over to you from the Partner store only after you have visited your Vapaus user account and accepted the Terms & Conditions of the leasing agreement and service through the bike information button.
    • Kindly note, when you accept the Terms & Conditions of the leasing agreement and service, it isn't possible to make any changes to the leasing contract, e.g. the monthly taxable value, the leasing period or the maintenance budget ☝️
  • When you receive the bike, always check that the bike and its equipment are as ordered and that the bike is properly assembled. All defects must be reported immediately, but within 3 days of the bike delivery, to Vapaus Customer Service and directly to the partner store where you purchased the bike from.
