Ordering a benefit bike from the Canyon online store

Place your Canyon bike order directly in Canyon's online store and make sure that you can get the benefit bike of your dreams!

🔐Before placing the order - Set up your Vapaus user account

1. Create account in the Vapaus app
   • Gain right to use your employers bike benefit.

2. Check your employer's Benefit Bike guideline
   • Confirm the maximum package price and allowed accessories.
3. Collect your Vapaus order code
   • Log into your Vapaus user account, go to Account👉 Order code 👉 copy the order code.

🛒Place your order on Canyon's online store

1. Choose your bike and accessories
   • Only accessories approved by the Finnish Tax Administration are allowed.🔍See the list
   • Spare or double parts are not allowed ❌
2. Check compatibility of accessories
   • Confirm with Canyon Customer Support if needed.
   • IMPORTANT! It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the accessories are compatible with the bike you have chosen! It is not possible to modify the order afterwards. Instead of modifying the order, Vapaus must cancel the order completely if it contains incorrect or unsuitable accessories. If the order has to be cancelled due to an incorrect accessory, we cannot guarantee that the bike you have chosen will no longer be available in the Canyon online store. Please be careful with the accessories and check their compatibility with the bike from Canyon Customer Support before finalizing the order.

   • You will receive an order confirmation from Canyon

📝Contract and Delivery📦

1. You’ll receive a benefit bike leasing contract draft to your Vapaus user account
   • You will receive notification from Vapaus via email
   • The preparation time for a contract draft is typically from one hour to one business day
2. Approve the contract and pay possible additional invoices (e.g. downpayment, cancellation cover) in your Vapaus account.
   • Canyon won’t ship your bike until you’ve approved the contract and paid possible additional invoices
3. Track your delivery
   • Canyon will send you a tracking link when the bike is shipped.
4. When you receive your bike, inspect it and notify Vapaus of any possible defects within three (3) days.
