Please read these Ordering Instructions carefully so that we can minimize errors in the ordering and process your order more efficiently!

The first step is to create your personal account in the Vapaus app
and gain right to use your employers bike benefit.
👉 Instructions for Vapaus User account registration
After creating your Vapaus account:
- Check your employer's Benefit Bike guideline, regarding the maximum price of bike package.

Start the ordering process from the Canyon website :

- Collect the products you want in your shopping cart: Benefit bike and benefit bike accessories.
- ☝️Remember to double check that the accessories you have chosen are approved by the Finnish tax authorities. The list of permitted and prohibited accessories can be found HERE. Kindly note that the tax authority rules that each listed accessory may only be included once in the order and the order cannot contain any spare parts.
- 👀Check the compatibility of the accessories with the bike you have chosen directly from Canyon's customer service.
- The Benefit Bike, accessories and delivery must fit into your employer's allowed maximum bike package value. ➡️ Remember to check the maximum package price accepted by your employer directly from the Benefit bike guide provided by your employer.
💡The delivery cost of Canyon bikes is 70€ (normal bike) or 90€ (E-bike) per delivery including the Vapaus service fee and the Canyon bike guard package.
Price includes VAT 25,5%. - Check out your order ➡️ Fill your personal information and delivery address for the order.

- Confirm the Order ✅
- 🎉When you have successfully checked out your order in Canyon's online store you'll receive an order confirmation from Canyon by e-mail.
📋Fill out an order request for Vapaus (using the form found in Canyon's order confirmation). In the order request form, use your Canyon order number, which you can find in Canyon's order confirmation. This way we can add the correct Canyon bike order to your Vapaus account for your approval.

The order and additional services information filled in on the order form cannot be modified afterwards, once your benefit bike contract has been created. -
You will receive a confirmation message from Vapaus, when you have successfully filled out the order request for us✨

In a few business days, we will send a link to the draft of your benefit bike order to the e-mail address you provided, for your review and approval.

Check the draft of your benefit bike order and the details of the additional services you have chosen in your Vapaus account. Accept the draft in your Vapaus account. By accepting the order, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of your employer and Vapaus' benefit bike service.
- Canyon will not transfer your bike to delivery until you have accepted the draft of your benefit bike contract and its terms in your Vapaus account.
- 📦 Track your bike's arrival at its new home! You will receive a tracking link from Canyon when your bike is being shipped.

📣 Let Vapaus know your bike frame number when you have received your bike!
Tell us the arrival date of your bike and the frame number of the bike so that the insurance of your benefit bike is valid! 🤸You can use this contact form. - Enjoy riding your new benefit bike! 🚲✌️
❗️ Note! Remember to fill out the order request for Vapaus immediately after your Canyon order. Fill the order number of your Canyon order on the form.

Without sending the order request information to Vapaus, Canyon will release your order within 14 days and the bike you ordered will be moved back to Canyon's online store.
