If you're looking for a different Vapaus portal, use one of these:
- Employee account: https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in
- Employer account: https://admin.vapaus.io/sign-in
- Partner shop account: https://shop.vapaus.io/sign-in
You've forgotten your password
- Go to https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in
- Click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (check also spam folder)
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
You've forgotten your email
Try the password reset option above with these email addresses:
- Your main personal email
- Your work email
- Any other emails you might have used
If that doesn't work, contact us. We'll need:
- Any email you remember you have used
- Your full name
- When you last tried to log in
