Ordering a benefit bike from Canyon

Ordering from Canyon online store

Canyon is an official Vapaus partner. You can order directly from Canyon's website and pay through Vapaus. The ordering process is different from other online retailers because Canyon handles the order directly.

What you need before starting

• Create a Vapaus account
• How to get a benefit bike
• An approved benefit access request by your employer

Step 1: Get order code

• Get the order code through your Vapaus account

  

Step 2: Choose your bike and accessories

1. Go to canyon.com
2. Select your bike
3. Add any accessories you want — this is the only time to add them

Important: You cannot add accessories after you've placed the order. If you change your mind later, you must cancel the entire order and start over. Verify with Canyon that all accessories are compatible with your bike before ordering.

Select Vapaus as payment method

At checkout, select Vapaus Benefit Bike as your payment method. Add the Vapaus order code you got from your account.

Step 3: Check the order draft

1. Log into your Vapaus account
2. Check the order summary
3. Accept the leasing agreement and service terms and perform strong authentication
4. Pay any additional invoices (downpayment or other additional charges)

Important: Canyon will not ship until you've completed these steps in your Vapaus account.

Step 4: Wait for delivery

Once approved, Canyon will ship your bike. You'll receive a tracking link. When it arrives, inspect the bike and accessories to make sure everything is correct and properly assembled. Report any defects to Vapaus support within 3 days.
