There is no 14-day exchange or return right, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, for employee bike orders made through Vapaus.
If the bike you ordered is not, for example, the right size, it can be returned free of charge within three days of receiving the bike.
For returns made within three days of receiving the order, an active cancellation coverage is not required. The only requirement is that the bike is unused.
If more than three days have passed since receiving the bike, the bicycle must be returned through the standard return process:
