Please read the Ordering Instructions carefully so that you can minimise errors and Ampler can process your order more efficiently!
The first step is to create your personal account in the Vapaus app.

Next steps:
- Your Employer MUST have an active Benefit Bike contract with Vapaus / OomiFillari. Connect your account to their benefit before starting your order!
- Check the Benefit Bike guide provided by your employer regarding the maximum price of your future Benefit Bike 👈
- Start the ordering process from the Ampler web store
- Make notes of all selected products of your choice: Benefit bike model, colour, size and accessories.
- ☝️Remember to double check that all accessories you have chosen are approved by the Finnish tax authorities. The list of permitted and prohibited accessories can be found HERE. Kindly note that the tax authority does not accept spare parts and each listed accessory may only be included once.
- Kindly check the compatibility of the accessories with the bike you have chosen directly from Ampler's customer service.
- The Benefit Bike, accessories and delivery must fit into the maximum price of your employer's allowed benefit contract value.
💡Remember to check the maximum package price accepted by your employer directly from the Benefit bike guide provided by your employer. - Send your order by email to hello@amplerbikes.com message should include following information in English.

- Bike info (model, size, colour and link to product)
- Accessories (model)
- First and Surname
- Phone Number
- Email (work email if you use one)
- Delivery address (Street name, postcode, town and country)
- Company name (Exact name of your company. If your company has subsidiaries, make sure to inform the correct one)
- Tell if you wish to have maintenance budget (12, 16 or 20 € /kk). More information about the maintenance budget.
- Ampler will ask additional information if needed
- You will receive benefit bike order to your email for review along with Vapaus code. Please check that order is correct and ask Ampler to edit it if needed.
- Approve the order ✅ by interesting given Vapaus code to your user profile, which has specific field for it. By approving the order you also accept our benefit bike service terms and conditions and commit to benefit bike contract.
- After successful order you will receive order confirmation from Ampler to your email.
- Ampler will not deliver the bike before you have accepted the terms and order in your user profile. Remember to follow your email so the bike you ordered will arrive to you on time.
- Track your bike's arrival at its new home. You will reanyonnyonyceive a tracking link from Ampler when your bike is shipped.
