Implementing the Vapaus bike benefit has been made as easy as possible. The process moves forward straightforwardly from a digital agreement to the first pedal stroke.
Credit Decision: Provide your company details via our order form. We use this data to apply for a credit decision, which is a prerequisite for the leasing model.
Service Agreement: Once the credit decision is positive, we send a digital service agreement for signing. Afterward, you will receive credentials for the Admin Portal and clear instructions for the start.
Launch: We assist you with communication and provide ready-made materials so you can introduce the benefit to your employees with minimal effort.
Bike Selection: Employees register in the portal, identify themselves, and can browse a wide selection of top brands.
Order and Delivery: The employee makes an order request, and Vapaus handles the delivery. We do not have restricted "order windows"—bikes move flexibly year-round.
Billing Starts: We do not charge startup fees. Billing starts from the month the first bike is delivered to the employee.
