Welcome to Vapaus Admin Portal!

Credentials

As soon as your benefit has been launched, you will receive an invitation to join as a user of our Vapaus system.

Credentials for other administrators (e.g., payroll) can be requested by the designated contact person for the bike benefit using this form.

Invitation

From the invitation email notification, you will be directed to the Admin portal to set up a password for your Vapaus account.

You can log into the Admin portal at https://admin.vapaus.io.

Please note that this URL is different from the one communicated to your employees. Employees can access their details from https://user.vapaus.io. You can login to both portals with the same credentials, but only you will have the permission to access all employee data from the Admin portal.

You will be able to reset your password at any point in the future using the “Forgot your password?” link.

When logging in for the first time, you will need to read and agree to Vapaus’ Terms of Service before continuing.

Cannot sign into the portal?

First, make sure you are using the correct URL: https://admin.vapaus.io.

Once that’s settled, there are two main reasons why you may not be able to log in:

• You are entering a wrong email/password combination
• Your rights to enter the portal have been revoked by an administrator

Always ensure that you are trying to log in using your professional email address without extra characters and spaces and don’t hesitate to reset your password. If you are still not able to log in after choosing a new password, we recommend getting in touch with our customer support using this form to verify your user rights.
