Vapaus insures all Benefit Bikes up to the bike package's maximum contract value, but if you are getting a bike with a higher price and want to insure it for its full value, the fee is 2,96% of the down payment amount. We will charge you this annually through your Vapaus user account.
The down payment insurance must be acquired at the time of order approval directly through the Vapaus user account. When you select down payment insurance for your contract, an invoice will be issued to your user account for payment. Please note that the bike cannot be handed over until all outstanding invoices have been successfully paid.
❗️NOTE! Downpayment insurance cannot be added retrospectively to an already active contract.
