Bike return in the end of leasing period

Bike return in the end of leasing period is always allowed and free.

How to return bike after leasing period?

📣Notify Vapaus about the return with form👉 Benefit bike return.

If you choose to return your bike instead of redeeming it, remember to by notify Vapaus about the return 1 month before the end of the lease period.

You will receive detailed instructions of the return process steps by email once you've submitted the form normally in 1-3 business days👍

💡Usually, returns are handled by returning the bike straight to Vapaus Bike Center in Helsinki, Sörnäinen. Alternatively, we can arrange to pick the bike up at your home at the end of the lease period.

💡Ordering a new Benefit bike is not possible until the old benefit bike leasing contract has ended.

Exceptions according to maintenance budget:

If your contract includes a maintenance budget and  you have used it more than you have contributed, the difference will be charged separately through your Vapaus user account.

Or if, you haven't used the entire maintenance budget by the end of the leasing period, you will lose the right to the rest of the maintenance budget, and it will no longer be available after the end of the leasing period.
