Vapaus Precycled - Benefit bike ordering instruction

The first step is to create your personal account in the Vapaus app.

Next steps:
  1. Your Employer MUST have an active Benefit Bike contract with Vapaus / OomiFillari. Connect your account to their benefit before starting your order!

  2. Check the Benefit Bike guide provided by your employer regarding the maximum price of your future Benefit Bike 👈
  3. Start the ordering process from the Vapaus Precycled.io webshop
  4. Select the bike 🚴
    • You can go to the benefit bike order page, browse through our selection and choose the bike you want to get for yourself. We also offer an option for the test ride of the bike, if you are hesitant regarding the bike's size, functionality, etc.
  5. Select accessories
    • We offer a selected amount of accessories for Precycled and New bikes for you to choose from. We suggest placing all necessary accessories in the same order as your benefit bike.
  6. Select additional services
    • If you need a maintenance budget, you can include that in your order.
    • Select cancellation coverage only if your employer doesn’t provide it and you wish to have it.
  7. Go to the shopping cart  
    • Review your order and add possible discount codes. At this point, you can still edit your order and add additional services or accessories.
  8. Check out
    • Add your contact and delivery details: contact information, shipping information, and the company full name you are working at. All necessary information for benefit bike order is asked at this step.
  9. Select delivery method
    • At the moment we offer a pick-up option for the order, which is free of charge
    • Helsinki Metropolitan Area home delivery (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) for 25€. Home delivery to other cities in Finland is 59€.

  10. You can now place your order! ✨
  11. Vapaus will create a benefit bike contract for you to approve
    1. After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (such as accepting a contract, agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).
    2. When the order has been finalized (bike delivered/released to you personally) the contract is activated, and changes to the contract are no longer possible.
  12. If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we would kindly ask you to inform us upon the arrival of your order/bike so that we can active insurance for your new benefit bike.
  13. You have 3 days to return the benefit bike order or inform us of any issues. Please contact us at bikes@vapaus.io and we can proceed further with the return/reclamation.
