My payment failed

Unable to complete your payment? Here are a few pointers for you to move forward

Sorry that you're having trouble completing a payment. Let's fix that for you.

First, please ensure that you have followed all the steps described in our "how to make a payment" guide.

If you're getting an error from our system, chances are that something is wrong with your payment method. Here are a few common reasons it may fail:

  • Your card doesn't have the right parameters to make online payments
  • You have hit the limit (weekly, monthly...) of your card for the time being
  • Your payment looks suspicious
  • You have already made too many unsuccessful tries

At the moment, our platform is not able to provide you with the exact reason your payment is failing. We know, however, that most cases can be fixed by consulting your bank.
