Order online:
The first step is to create your personal account in the Vapaus app.

- Find the bike you want and make sure it complies with the conditions of your Employer's Benefit bike guideline. List of approved online stores
- Create a Vapaus account and submit your bike order in the Vapaus App by filling out the order form found under the "Employee Benefit Bikes" tab in the "How to order" section
- Note that all expenses are included in the benefit bike package. This includes the bike, accessories, delivery costs as well as the additional Vapaus service charge for online orders (€48).
- Once you have submitted your order and we have processed it, you will receive a separate order confirmation via email. Review the order details directly from the Vapaus user account and once you are ready - accept the conditions to proceed.
- Once the order is accepted, we will order the bike on your behalf. The bike will be ordered and shipped to the address specified in your order form and you will receive a tracking link from our Vapaus Order team once the delivery starts.
