Changing employers or ending employment with a benefit bike

If your employment with your current employer ends during the lease period you have the following options:

A) The benefit bike can be transferred to a new employer if you are changing jobs. With your new employer's permission your benefit bike can be transferred to your new company. This requires that your new employer either already has a contract with Vapaus or signs one.

B) You can redeem the bike. If you give us the exact date when your lease expires we can calculate a redemption price for your bike package. A payment link will appear in the Vapaus app in the Employee benefit bikes section. After the payment, the ownership of the bike along with a bill of sale will be transferred to you.

C) You can return the bike to Vapaus. If your employer provides cancellation coverage or you have gotten personal cancellation coverage, you can return the bike for a fixed fee. You can look up the fees for returning the bike in your benefit bike guideline 

You can initiate a return by filling out this form. 

You can also choose to redeem either some or all of your bike accessories. 

D) Your bike can be transferred to a colleague. This requires the agreement of both parties.
