To log into the Vapaus service, please first ensure that you are using the right URL: https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in
If that part is all clear, let's look into several reasons you might not be able to access your account and how to fix them.
You have forgotten your password
If you have forgotten the password for your account, you can request a new one from the login page.
Click "Forgotten password?" and enter your username or your email address. An email will be sent to your inbox with a new password. We recommend that you change it again yourself as soon as you are able to log back in.
Note: if you are using a username and you haven't attached an email address to your account, we won't be able to send you the new password. If that's your case, please contact our Customer care team with your user details.
You have forgotten your email or username
If you have forgotten your email or username, it will be difficult to regain access to your account. We recommend you to try the "Forgotten password?" option described above with some of the most obvious options: your main personal email address, your work address...
If that doesn't work, please contact our Customer care team who will help you retrieve your information. To do so, they will need as much information about your account as you can provide, so spare no details!

If you know your username or email and are sure that your password is correct, there might be something wrong with your account.

- Your email address and/or username
- Your name
- The last time approximately you tried logging into the system
