What kind of bike can I take as a Benefit Bike?

You can choose any vehicle classified as a bicycle as a benefit bike.

Hybrid bikes, cargo bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, recumbent bicycles and even handcycles are all eligible as benefit bikes. It can be a classic bike or an e-bike and can also be used in your free time if you want to. You do not have to report your cycling trips to the tax administration.

E-bikes (electrically-assisted bicycles) classified as bicycles have a maximum assistance power of 250 W and a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h. The assistance may only work when the bicycle is being pedaled (the motor won't replace pedaling).

A bicycle is a wonderful thing. ✌🏻
Riders travel on a healthy and environment-friendly machine and have freedom that no other mode of transport offers.
