Vapaus Precycled bikes - Direct sales

Here is a list of the things to be done by the customer in order to proceed with the direct sales online order at precycled.io

Place the order

1. Select bike
   1. You can go to the all bikes order page, browse through our selection and choose the bike you want to get for yourself. We also offer an option for the test ride of the bike, if you are hesitant regarding the bike's size, functionality, etc.
      Please note: brand new bikes (marked with “new” logo) are not available for direct sales.
2. Select accessories
   1. We offer a selected amount of accessories for Precycled bikes for you to choose from. We suggest placing all necessary accessories in the same order as your outlet or Precycled bike.
3. Go to the shopping cart 
4. Review your order and add possible discount codes. At this point, you can still edit your order and add additional services or accessories.
5. Check out
   1. Add your contact and delivery details: contact information and shipping information. All necessary information for outlet bike orders is asked for at this step.
   2. Select the delivery method
      • At the moment we offer a pick-up option for the order, which is free of charge
      • Helsinki Metropolitan Area home delivery (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) for 25€. Home delivery to other cities in Finland is 59€
6. You can now place your order!

Order processing

After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).

Bike delivery

• If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we will arrange it through our A2B business delivery partner. They will call you before the delivery to agree on a suitable delivery time and date. 

• You have 14 days to return the order or inform us of any issues.
