• Your employer gets in touch with us to set up a framework to offer the bike benefit to their employees
• Once it's up and running, you'll be able to create a Vapaus account and get access to your employer's new benefit - you're ready to order 🏅
• You can choose any bike fitting your employer's plan & parameters. Benefit bikes can be selected from many places across the country & online:
  • Our Vapaus Webshop, which includes our own selection of used Precycled -bikes and a bunch of the most popular bike models
  • Our Partner Network shops including also several popular online stores from the EU area such as Canyon
• We take care of paperwork eg. creating a leasing contract with your employer
• Your new bike is delivered to you - the contract can officially start!
• Invoicing happens monthly between Vapaus and your employer, and they take care of payroll updates to deduct the monthly tax-free value from your salary
