      Filing a police report

      Follow these steps when filing a police report.

      If your bicycle has been stolen we ask you to do the following: First, fill out a police report in the Police's online service.

      Fill out the following information when filing the report:

      Interested party: Vapaus Bikes Finland Oy
      Contact person: Mikko Ampuja
      Country of birth: Finland
      Nationality: Finnish
      City: Tampere
      Address: Vihonvuorenkatu 11C, 00500 Helsinki
      Email: insurance@vapaus.io
      Phone: 09 4272 7258

      When you receive confirmation from the Police that the report has been submitted, submit the document using this form. Also include how and where the theft happened.
