The bike benefit does not affect pensions, as the employer's pension insurance (TyEL) is paid for the benefit when it is part of the salary.

If the benefit is granted on top of the salary it is free of pension costs, meaning it does not result in additional costs for the employee or employer and does not result in a higher pension.
