      Benefit bike pre-order or reservation

      At this time we cannot order bikes that are not in stock.

      We recommend setting up an e-mail alert for the webshop if possible, this way you will be notified when the bike is back in stock.

      When the bike is back in stock, submit an order in the Vapaus App and contact customer service if the bike needs to be ordered urgently. 

      If the webstore features pre-orders where the bike is paid for in advance we can order it. However, we reserve the right to refuse these orders if the expected time for the bike to be back in stock is over 3 months.
